Why do we need a loud bossy rooster?!?!...Oh, that's WHY!!!

He was born the last week of April.

He did show his maleness very early on...red comb and crowing. Here is a pic of him about 2 weeks ago. And a pic of the pot he was standing next to. He is just a tad bigger and his comb is darker red and larger. He is a silver duckwing old english game bantam. Very smart and independant breed

Thats one fine looking roo. I wish we could keep one but we are specifically forbidden from having roosters by the city chicken ordinance.
 
The older, the better. That would mean the girls I got with him are older too...that much closer to getting some eggs.
