Why Do We Raise Chickens?

Thank you all...I couldn't have put it better myself. I also, originally got my chickens for practical reasons...It is funny trying to explain to someone who doesn't have or has not been around them, why I spend so much time caring, watching, and enjoying them. Being around them makes life seem so simple.

Mine are better drama than a soap opera! We sit outside in lawn chairs and watch them like it's TV.
