It's possible. I had a hen that, towards the end of her life, began acting more and more like a rooster. She even started growing spurs. She passed away shortly after though. She was 5 years old.

I have a rooster that i always thought was hen but he started growing wattles and big comb he is 3 month old his sister has small comb
