Why does my chick have no wing feather

This little chick has no wing feathers for some reason but every other chick does, even the ones younger. Is something wrong with the little chick? They are a cuckoo maran i think thats how you spell it

Hens tend to develop pin feathers earlier than roos. Maye this little one is a roo. How old are they?

They are 3 weeks old, its supposed to be a pullet.

Some chicks will develop faster than others or maybe it's a defect. You'll just have to watch and wait. Good luck and have fun...
