its not over heating or panting, i bet its butt was shaking at the same time?.. Its a form of excitement like a dog wagging his tail i bet they also would nibble you or get close to your neck or mouth

Mine will do this when they are hot and thirsty. Try giving her some water to drink.

My ducks are in the full tub and the guy one is doing this over and over. It's a tub full of cool water, he's not hot or thirsty. Any ideas? I'm worried.
