Why does my goat make this sound ?

I have two 3 month old Nigerian Dwarf wethered brothers one of which makes a crazy sound.Whenever I pet Jax he sometimes makes a blowing sound kinda like when you blow raspberries at first I thought he sneezed but it's more of a blowing but not quit spiting sound.Why does he do this ?

Goats will snort when frightened or alerted, otherwise uncastrated males will also snort a lot, hopefully he was fixed properly and isn't still intact.

He was banded and it fell off about a week ago and totally healed still waiting for the other lil ones but looks like anytime now..

Sometimes a testicle can shoot up into the abdomen and doesn't get in the band, hopefully that's not the case, I wouldn't worry unless he starts smelling buckish, otherwise I think he's probably a bit frightened.
