This is Maple my Icelandic chick. She has a little poof on her head and I don't know if it means she is a rooster or if she is gonna have a crest. The lighter colored chick is Sugar. She kind of has a poof. The other 2 don't have poofs.

Welcome to BYC!

I have never kept this breed, but I do know they are pretty! You might want to join in on the Icelandic Chickens thread for more help and info on this breed...

Enjoy this cutie pie and welcome to our flock!

Hello :frow and Welcome To BYC! TwoCrows gave you a nice link to check out, some Icelandics do have small crests, it has nothing to do with what sex they are.

Ok thanks! How old do Icelandic chicks need to be to tell if their are roosters or hens?

Has nothing to do with gender, some icelandics have crests and some do not. Crests seem to be very much in favor now. I don't know how early you can sex an Icelandic, especially since they can present a variety of comb types. Happy Chooks (the go to person) seems to be very good at spotting cockerels. You can find her at "Stella's Social club," and/or Icelandics thread.
