why does my lady have gray hair!!!

I got my ladies, back in march two rr reds, and one leghorn, all are doing great, but the other day, I noticed that the leghorns head has turned gray!!

I thought maybe she got into some dirt, but it wouldn't come out or wipe away, Im just curious, does this happen often the top pic is of them taken yesterday, and the one with them on my arm was taken prob two weeks ago, Please don't tell me i ended up with Roosters!

the feathers change alot between week 1 and week 10. I have seen some really neat feather changes. Its prolly normal.
