Why does my quail sometimes walk backwards?

So since we got my quail 2 months prior, I've noticed that she sometimes runs in reverse. Does this mean anything?

Does she poop after running backwards? Baby quail run backwards before pooping.

They can do that when excited

Ah, no my quail shakes her head and shuffles back whenever a loud noise is played. She also does walk backwards when she is going to poop but thats not what im talking bout.
