Why does my rooster do this?

My rooster has started jumping on me and also been doing that on the hens I think that he does it because I spoiled him and now he thinks that he is the king if so can somebody tell me how to make him think that i'm the alpha creature and not him.

But i'm not sure if I spoiled him.

He also does this when I lift one of the hens.

define jumping? attacking with spurs? Breeding?

He has been doing this for months now and now i'm pretty much a professional at fighting him and I know when he's going to attack. LOL

it sounds like he is trying to protect is girls, a swift kick might (MIGHT) help, a spray bottle also might.

Jumping like...... he jumps and then his claw scrapes my skin and it's painful
