Why does my rooster squat?

Be prepared for lots of photos of him because why not :D

And here's two of his girls as well just because they are gorgeous and it's a good comparison of the feathers :D

Also I had two more things to say, not sure if it's the same with hy-line browns but I know with isa browns they are sex linked. Males are ALWAYS white, females are ALWAYS brown.
My other thing to say, is it possible she's laying eggs but eating them before you get to see them? I noticed egg shell on the ground near her

Oh and one more thing, roosters have big spikey spurs on the legs, hens only have a small stub so that's something you can check for as well

I've seen white ISA brown hens and brown ISA brown roosters. It's rare, but it does happen. In fact, I commented on a thread last week where someone had a definitely brown- ISA Brown rooster:

You don't generally see white ISA Brown hens as they're culled as day olds, but there are plenty of brown ISA roosters out there!

That is definitely an egg shell, but not from her. Our dog loves eggs, so I often feed him the cracked eggs. Most of the hens love eggs too, but she completely ignores any broken eggs. Apparently doesn’t realize it’s delicious.
