Why does temp fluctuate so muxh in my bator?

Hi my eggs are day 17 so locking down tomo but the temp in my polystyrene bator is so up and down it fluctuates from 36.5 - 38.5 it does usually stay on 37.5 but sometimes I go to check temp and is gone up or down for absolutely no reason??

Is it in a drafty room? I would move it to a closet or bedroom, somewhere where there is no draft. You can try covering it with a blanket or towel.

Most incubators have very little to none insulation, so it's very important they be in a room maintaining a steady temperature, or be covered with an insulator like a blanket.
