So I've been trying to hatch shipped eggs, but I'm at 4500 ft in elevation. So I haven't hatched ANY so far and I've received 5 different shipments! So what usually happens (other than detached air cells) is that the chick starts forming, then about halfway when you're not expecting, I candle and its dead and it looks like the yolk is all over the place...
Any ideas? I've been using the dry hatch and I have a hovabator with a fan and an auto turner, if any of that helps. I guess I should have taken a picture before I threw this last egg away! shoot....
