Why does time go by so slowly? Eggs are arriving!

it's some sort of universal law.

Like when you are traveling to a place you want to be. The trip there seems impossibly LONG. But on the way home it is like the trip is half the time. When it is actually the same route, with the same amount of traffic etc.

I've noticed that while traveling too- especially when I'm going somewhere I've never been before.​

I mentioned the strange phenomenon to my dh and he just looked at me and

How old is your DD? My 4 yo DS already does that to me- most certainly learned from my wife.

6 going on 20 something.
She has ALWAYS been this way. Been correcting me and stuff like that since she could talk. Used to freak me out how she knew about certain things when she could barely speak
