Any way I am just waiting and waiting I know it takes time to hatch but then there is a twelve hour incubator but oh well

What date were the eggs started in the incubator and what temp and humidity? What breed of duck? Where the eggs fertile (ie was there a drake in with the hens)?

I'm sure there are other place you can get some ducklings if you have to have them right now. They are right - folks do tend to get chicks and ducks around Easter and once the cute fluff wears off, they get rid of them. Give them a couple of weeks then look for the ads on Craigslist.

There are many folks, myself included, that will not sell ducklings around Easter because of the throw away pet thing. They probably didn't set any that were to hatch this week because of Easter. I would call next week and see how things are going. Good luck.
