Why has my chicken died?

We have had 3 chickens over the last 12 months which have died in exactlty the same way. They cannot lift their head by the end and are so week they cannot move. Sometimes they are foaming at the mouth? 2 were buff orpington hens and 1 was a silver campine. All the others (12) have been fine, touch wood!

I was thinking maybe maraks but could it be something else? Doesnt seem to be catching but coincidental that it was the only 2 opingtons i got and 1 of the campines?
