Yep, yours does look lighter, very close to the lil guy I have labeled down below in the 2nd pic. See how the Buffs' heads have tan and lighter tan head stripes? My Blonde has tan and darker tan head stripes.

Buffs from last yr, they are light too, and their head markings are light as well.
