Why is it so hard to find quality standard Cochin?

I've been looking for a while and I can't seem to locate any quality standard Cochin. Is this not a popular breed? I'm looking for a couple black and a couple splash to add to my egg producing flock... I may decide to breed them later but for now I just love the breed :) Know where I can find some?
