Why is it so hard to find silkie color charts??

I've been trying to figure out if the lavender gene can breed into chocolate coloration. I've been looking things up for two days... an I missing something?? I can find blue and black and to get lavender but not lavender to another bird. I'm not breeding but was wondering why this was.

Chicken colors/patterns are the same across all breeds so not suprised every breed doesn't have every kind of chart. Most people just look for and use charts not specific to a certain breed.
Also there's popular colors/patterns and projects that people are doing and making the charts. Other color/patterns that aren't so popular no one's making charts for.
I've never heard of anyone mixing chocolate and lavender so I'd imagine it's one of those that are not popular much at all.
Also many people don't need or use charts. They just go gene by genes and once they have it figured out they don't go back and make charts for the next guy.

I had an oopsie chocolate x lavender, she was very light... a champagne color, but flat without any sheen.
I always wondered if it had a name but I've never been able to find it. Perhaps people just don't like it. I thought I might like it, but she just didn't catch the eye so I rehomed her.
I still have both colors in my flock so it might pop up again one day, if so I'll be sure to take pictures this time.

In any case, if you have the charts for recessive lavender and sex-linked recessive chocolate, you can see how to breed for it. The rooster should be the chocolate one.
