Just pigmentation, playing with the light. The egg is fine.

If it's fertile there's a chance it may hatch.

I usually go 3-7 days. If nothing shows at day 10 - 12 I scrap them.

I do check at day 1, which I don't recommend for beginners since it's hard to spot without a good eye.

The Spot/Circle I see at day 1-2 are kind of a red/orange color.
From that sphere after a couple days will have a Jelly Bean like body, & spider veins.

I have only 1 pic which is hard to see. It's a pic of day 1. It's day 3 right now. I will candle around 6:10 because my eggs are taking a break and my incubator needs to heat up.
