Hi @SIERRA RICH. :frow Welcome To BYC

Can you post some photos? Or if you have a good clear video of his actions that would help.
How old is he?
What type of food/treats are you feeding?
What does his poop look like?
When did you first notice him having trouble?

It's hard to know without more information - if you can give us more details that would be great.

he is about 2 years old
we feed him Purina premium poultry feed
his poop is normal
we noticed him laying down and didn't look like he felt good .
I will try to get pic and vid soon thanks

I read it could be he needs more vitamins but maybe he has not been getting much food or he been peck on .

Vitamins would be good. You can buy Rooster booster and put a few drops in his mouth.I would separate him from the flock in a dog kennel with food and water.Do you feel any inflammation in his legs?Do you see any sign of bumble foot? Was he vaccinated for Mareks?

he is in a separated pin right now I'm not home right now to look but I will thanks

So I got home and checked on him to find out he has a wound on his underbelly

I can't see the pic, but super important with this heat is to keep any wound clean and dry so you don't get maggots (flystrike) growing in it.
