At 5 months he should be like the rooster behind him in the photo. Although I think your little cockerel looks so unique and has nice coloring. Just better to accept him the way he is.

He's just a bantam. Serama or serama mix most likely.

Well, he hatched the chick and says that it can't be a serama. So it's kinda confusing. He does appear to be one tho in at least one form or another.

I don't see how you can compare two chickens, of different ages, and different breeds, by snapping a picture. There's no reference.

I'm stepping off. Good luck, and all the best to your birds. and corn is nutritionally deficient, it drags down the value of the complete diet - like having an extra serving of mashed potatoes (or two) with your lean protein and green leafies....
