Today I found out that she squats when I put my hand on her back, which I was really excited for, but now she is just standing right next to the garden not moving. The other hens are moving around chasing grasshoppers and eating. She is the most developed bird and is the only one who really squats. Does this mean that she is sick or does it mean she is trying to lay an egg? All the hens are 15 weeks old and they are RIR hens. She does move a little like after 10 minutes of watching her, and who knows how long she's been like that before I came outside, but on e she moves a couple feet she just stays in that spot again.
