Why is my Cochin changing color?

Yeah, it doesn't make sense that the beak is bleaching with the feathers. If that really is the same bird, he might be experiencing a really rare case of vitiligo, though I don't know much about it. I think it might be hereditary, so I'd be cautious about breeding him.

Eh, I'm giving it a chance, I've had weird things happen with chickens that people can't explain, and I've definitely seen birds' conditions change over time (comb and wattles depending on the season, feather changes as birds mature). If it's a prank, it's not really a very exciting prank.

I think nemesis only has one- he/she said "my cochin" so I think there isn't a whole flock of them to get confused over.

plus its from different angles i have a millie fleur d'uccle roo who has a lot if white in his tail on one side and hardly any on the other but throws perfectly fine chicks

No, they are not the same bird, I took the pictures yesterday, but they looked like twins before the other one started changing, I will look to see if I can find a picture of the actual bird that is changing so people will know I am telling the truth & it isn't a prank.
