Even if you are not putting bleach directly on your pet, but you use it to clean the floors the pets sleep on, play on and lick they are ingesting them daily. Even in the air they breathe, which is at a more concetrated dose than us big people get about 5' off the floor or more. Not just bleach, all the fancy cleaning products with shiny labels and the repuations to kill and disinfect.
The forum is an avenue to ask for advice and share with others. It is also our responsibility to educate others whenever the need arises. I don't think from the repsonses the OP gave when presented with the criticisim on using bleach, that she is a thin skinned member. If she never uses bleach to enhance her dogs color then great. But if she continues to do so, that is her decision to make.
