My white crested duck is about 30 day old and has been holding his head to the side and looks a little wobbly when walking or standing. What should I do?

Welcome to BYC - could you post a picture?
A large majority of crested ducks actually have a tumor (intracranial lipoma) in their skull; oftentimes this may not cause any problems, but with some individuals, there may be excessive pressure inside the skull, or if they received trauma to the area, they can develop neurological symptoms. Head tilting, lack of coordination are just a few of the symptoms one may see.

Vitamins supplementation, specifically thiamine (B1), and vitamin E can prove useful as these vitamins play large roles in neurological development and health. For B vitamins I suggest Cattle Injectable B Complex at your feed store and give 1/4ml daily over treats. For the vitamin E, give one 400iu soft gel tablet over treats.
