Why is my duck limping?

Okay so an Update!!

All good news, I did practically everything I could think of for him, soaked his foot and leg, wrapped it, put black Salve on it, made him a sock, gave him extra food and attention...etc! After looking really worse and like it could pop any minute.....he got better!!! YAY! Not real sure what helped him or what was really wrong but he is completely better. Thanks to Amiga and Miss Lydia!!!

I also need help with this if you dont mind. my ducks free range. they climb up the fence and fly out into the pond i came out this morning and she is limping. she is walking really slow and always behind the others. i dont know why?????! do any of you?

I don't know for sure, I still don't really know what happened to mine, maybe she bent her ankle when she landed? Does her foot seem swollen at all?

Well, if she's fast enough to run away she must be at least a little bit alright!LOL

I'd try to catch her to just make sure she doesn't have a wound or swelling in her leg. after you have examined her post back with results, also check bottom of her feet for any sign of bumble foot.
