Why is my gosling afraid of swimming in the water?

My one male Gosling freaks out when we put him in the bathtub or the kiddie pool with water. He's the only gosling that refuses to swim. His buddy loves swimming but not by himself sometimes. Why won't he just swim or walk around or float? He just wants out!

The only thing that comes to my mind is this silly thought. ......... We don't know why some little children just don't like to take a bath,

The only thing that comes to my mind is this silly thought.  .........   We don't know why some little children just don't like to take a bath,     ........ 

He figured it out and isn't as afraid of it anymore now. We tried it last night and he understood it.
