I noticed today that my barred rock was laying in the corner all puffed up (it's getting a little colder here in middle TN) but she looked as though she was breathing really slowly and deeply. When she tried to come my way she was limping really badly. I also noticed a small bruise like spot on her ankle when I picked her up? I' posted the image below of her foot. I have a video of her limp, but I'm not sure how to post it. Any advice on what could be wrong and how to help her would be greatly appreciated!

If she limps and you see an injury like you do, I would assume she hurt her leg. She may need to be confined with maybe a heat lamp at night and give it a chance to heal.
