Why is my rooster behaving like this?

If you just added this rooster to this flock, he may just be asserting his position within this flock. Right now he is simply saying, I'm the boss and you will move when I say move. Watch him though, as previously mentioned, if his aggression heightens he will have to be culled from your flock. He is a beauty to look at but if a rooster doesn't not treat the hens well, he needs to go. Also, you can add more feeding stations to give the lower ranking birds a chance to eat. Evaluate your coop space and see you have enough space for the number of birds you have.

Good luck!

Thanks, but I don't think that's it. Something just seems off about the way he is acting towards them. Like he just doesn't like them. They are more of the bossier hens though too.. idk I'm completely confused. Paying $425 for him, sure hope I don't have to cull him..
