I have an old white hen, she has all of her feathers are white, but lately she has started to grow white feathers with black spots like a dalmatians.

She is the only white hen I have in my flock, as most of my hens have black feathers.

Anyone know what this might be? , as I've never came across this before.

What breed? How old? Pictures!
Older hens can develop ovarian problems and change to look 'roosterish'.
Mary

I not sure what breed she is.

I'll add a photo tomorrow, as it night right now and my hens are sleeping right now.

She is around 3 to 5 years or more old, but my family is not sure, she was given to my family by a friend that rescued her with two other hens from a farm, but she is the only survivor left out of the 3 rescued hens.

I did have a rooster and his favorite hen was white hen, she did lose most of her feather on back and head, but they have all now regrown back, as my rooster is no long around any more.

I have two other roosters but they are still young.

She does have spurs and her eggs are sometime weird in shape.

X2 Mary. We need pictures!

I'll add a photo tomorrow, as it night right now and my hens are sleeping right now.
