Why is she only noisy outside?

I have a new pullet I just acquired about a week ago and she does lay eggs. She's in quarantine now from my other younger pullets. She's noisy when I have her in the coop outside in my backyard. But when I move the coop into my garage, she's quiet even when she lays an egg. Not sure what to do here please help!

Maybe she's a little frightened or she's calling for your other pullets.

I have 3 more weeks of quarantine. What to do in the meantime? Keep her in the garage until then? I was hoping to leave her outside so they can hear each other but quietly. So it would be a slow integration and make it easier when I put her with the rest of the flock. She's in complete isolation in the garage.
