Look up Coccidiosis and see if that’s what could be wrong.

Coccidiosis is likely accurate for the age and symptoms. Sounds early since still eating and drinking.

Treatment using Corid is usually recommended.. only one or two of the 9-11 strains of coccidia known to effect poultry may present as blood in droppings..
