Salmon Favorelle. Laying hen. Will be a year this spring. Vaccinated for Marek’s. Separated her yesterday because she was acting lethargic, had crust in her eye (no bubbles) and her eye looked like it had a milky film over it. Head tossing started last overnight and was first noticed when I opened my “Chicken Hospital Coop” this morning. Please watch the whole video. The tossing gets worse at the end.

Looks neurological.

The Marek's vaccine doesn't prevent them from getting the virus. It just lessens symptoms, & reduces tumors.

Have you checked inside her beak for any lesions or canker?
Any lice or mites in her beard, on her head or inside her ears?

You have previous posts asking about treatment for MG, so I would just assume that the crusty eye is due to MG or possibly something in the eye that is an irritant - feathers or bugs.
Clean her eyes with saline, trim any feathers that may be getting in the eyes. Look all the way down to the skin for bugs.

Make sure her crop is emptying overnight.
I agree, I would try vitamin therapy as well.
