Why is there a little space at the bottom of the eggs?

There is usually a space at the bottom of the egg and I have no idea what is it.

That's called the air cell. A chick pips into that space to take its first breath of air. After around 24 hours the oxygen level in there falls, stimulating the chick to pip externally and crack through the shell.

Good luck with your hatch. What breed of ducks?

I'm hatching ducks for the first time too - Muscovy ducks which take even longer than other ducks. I've hatched lots of quail before which hatch in 18 days so it feels like a marathon with these babies. They are due to hatch any day now and the anticipation is killing me.

I don't know what breed tbh I got them for cheap and that the ducks were hiding the eggs they don't know which egg came out of which duck
