If you look up sling on this site there are many DIY instructions for making one, or you could go buy one from amazon. Typically, people use it for chicken walking rehab. Essentially, it is a tote bag with space for the head and tail to come out where there are two feet holes and you can access their feet. Great for one person bumblefoot checkups or filing their nails if they have a chance to scratch you or another chicken. Very difficult to get the chicken inside, unlike a towel burrito. I hugged the chicken which blocked her view from the front, got the feet around the holes, and basically pulled both down at the same time. I also ended up using a cargo strap to keep it up. I prefer the towel burrito for faster checkups, but the pictures of a chicken in a sling is really cute, it's easier to file the nails, and you can move to get things if you need.Tell me more about this chicken sling….
