Why is this egg so small?

Hi,
my bearded silkie hen started laying 2 weeks ago. This morning she layed a really small egg that isnt shaped the same. Should i be worried?

No, she's fine.

She has just started laying not long ago. It's not surprising she laid an odd egg.
She's a bantam, eggs will be small. And the early eggs often are smaller.
She'll sort it out soon.

Ok thanks so much. Here’s a pic I don’t have any of her other to compare it to as we’ve eaten them but it is much smaller.

That's a perfect looking egg.
One of my older hens started laying tiny eggs for about a week a while back.
It does happen. Especially so with young pullets who are just starting.
