Why isn’t one of my chickens growing properly?

hello! This is my first time my family is raising chickens. We got a chick about 4 months ago from our local farmers market and later introduced him with 6 other chickens about a week or two older than him/her. All of the other chickens have flourished, and he did at the beginning as well, but lately we’ve noticed that he isn’t growing at the same rate or speed as the others did. I fact, I don’t believe he’s grown at all in the last month or so. They all eat the same, and he has healthy poop and regularly drinks water, he is all feathered out and the others show no sign of any problems. We were told he is a Rhode Island Red but he is very small. What could be the cause? And what could I do to help him/her?

I do, here’s one I took today.

Okay thank you!! As I said, this is my first time raising chickens so I don’t know much more than the basics so seeing all the other chickens flourish and become huge it made me worry that she wasn’t getting everything she needed. Thank you for all the help I really appreciate it!!
