Why isnt my polish growing??? Shes 4 weeks!!!

I have a 4 week old polish born 4/20/2023 and she still looks like she just hatched! She's vocal, playful, eats and drinks just find. I have her on 30% protien started feed. Give her nutridrench and spoil her to pieced but she just won't grow!!! Any thoughts on why? I know a failure to thrive maybe suggested but she's doing good so I'm at a loss. I posted pic of her n her sibling both born on same day. I will try n get a side by side of them also

Will she live? Or am I tending to a basically a dead bird?
