Well would a light Sussex and buff Cochin make a buff Sussex?

Ps does a buff Cochin and light Sussex make a buff Sussex???

Or does that only work with a Light Sussex and a buff Orpington?

Crossing 2 breeds results in mixed breed chicks.

You could create buff Sussex in a few generations though. If that is your goal you would be better off starting with a buff Orpington male since they also have white skin. Cochins have yellow skin, and feathered legs are tough to breed out.

Yeah, Don't ever breed feathered legs into your flock, if you are not fond of feathered legs. That's a dominant trait.
