My White Leghorn Hasn't Layed In a Whole Week and She Is Not The Year Old I feed Her Egg Maker and Nothing Else Just Changed Her Water To Clean Water and I Her They are Suppose To Lay 5 Eggs Weekly and She Has Laid Only 2 Eggs This Whole Week Help What Else Can I do To Make Her Lay More Eggs

Hi
Have you searched your garden for hidden nests? My white leghorn often makes garden nests. I hope this helps :)

My white leghorns have also slowed down with egg production. Mine are about 17 months old. I assumed it was the heat or the fact that I think some are molting. (I'm new at this)

Yea Tried That But Didn't Find any I will Look Harder For Nests

Does The Heat Have anything To Do With It? I Live Over Here In Phoenix,Arizona and Summers We Go Up To 110 f or sometimes Hotter and Since It Has Been Hot all Week Here Maybe it Has Something To Do With It

Yes you have to search pretty hard my biggest hen was completely concealed in a hidden nest. Try to find low-lying 'caves' in old rubble or shrubs. Maybe in another building such as a shed too. the heat is probably the case though. It is almost spring now and our leghorns are laying an egg a day.
