I have 5 hens and 4 of them have been laying for about three weeks now we got them as chicks in May. Our one Barred Rock Oreo hasn't laid one egg yet, she's the largest hen out of all of them and we do have one easter egger that is one week older than all the other ones. So four of them are younger than the easter egger. so hopefully someone can help me figure out whats happening?

Some chickens take considerably longer to start laying than others. If she’s healthy, be patient. She’ll lay.
