Why kind is this?

It's a muscovy female and a Peking drake - the green head is the one I didnt know... gonna do research on magpies

The Peking and the muscovy are bonded - and has been here for a few years - they're the only ones that consistently stay. Probably because like you said the Peking cant fly and she doesn't leave him.
I think the flock ran the magpie off though, I can't find him and this isn't a safe spot for dumped ducks. The ones that grew up here they know the dangers and stay out of the road or get out of it quickly. But he just walked right up to my car like he was looking for someone.
I went home to get something to catch him with and now I cant find him :(

I've searched the whole area and even thought I saw him a couple times but it was a female white muscovy, shes young though cruncles haven't come in completely.
I've been coming by since Monday when I spotted the mama duck and her 9 babies to keep checking on them. He wasn't here yesterday so it had to of been today. Maybe someone already picked him up. I'll keep looking though.
It's raining out, might be hunkered down hidden somewhere. Though I found a few nests, just not him.

Pictures of mama and her 9 babies though...
