Why my 4 wks old chicks died?

I bought in the store 4 weeks ago 6 chicks (4 was 2 weeks old and 2 only a couple of days), now they 6 weeks and 4 weeks. I provide them fresh water and food and also start giving them small amount of lettuce and broccoli, they stay in the box with heating lamp. I check on them frequently every 2-3 hours. Yesterday I did not check them for 5 hours and find that one 4 weeks old Blue Andalusian chicks died. Any idea what I did wrong and what could happened? No any visible damage and she was perfect running, when I check them last time. I provide picture of died chicks and the box where they stay. All the rest looks like doing good. My heart are broken - I lost such a small baby.

More information about your set up..Possibly a bad heart?

Coccidiosis is one of the biggest threats to chick and does not always appear as blood in droppings.

I'm sorry you lost a small baby. Do you offer medicated feed?

Definite weight lost and lack of food nutrients is a sign of coccidiosis too
