why on earth did i have to do that (picture included)

ive always sucked my cups around my mouth and in my 19 years of age i have never gotten a bruise. well tonight i just got finished playing Yahtzee and that little blue cup that comes with the game my sister said i bet i can hold this around my mouth longer than you and she held it there for like 15 seconds and i had to hold it longer than her and i did for a minute 20 seconds

and now about 5 minutes later looks like i have a hickey around my mouth lol i dont have any cover up for it and im gonna be out tomorrow so i have no clue what to do about it any suggestions as a cover up i have no blush or anything and now its starting to swell a bit under my bottom lip lol please help
