Why won’t my 6 month silver phoenix hens lay eggs?

I have 3 silver phoenix hens that were hatched in sometime in January and none of them are laying eggs. Does anybody know the age they start laying? I also have a gold phoenix roo that was hatched with the hens and he isn’t crowing either.

How can you be sure that they aren't laying? Are they locked up in a co-op and run, or do they free range?

2 of them escape their cage sometimes but the other stays in the coop all the time. Also we’ve searched bushes and such for spots they might be laying.

How long have you been feeding layer pellets?

We got them a few months ago. We’ve been feeding layer pellets since. I don’t have any pictures rn and I’m not home to take any so I’ll upload some later.
