Why won't my ducks lay

I got 6 female and 3 male golden 300 hybrid layers. They are almost 4 years old and they won't lay. Are they to old or just stressed since I bought them and moved homes.

They are at the point where egg production will drop off, but the big factor impeding egg production is the fact that you have moved them to a new environment.
