Why Won't the Worms Die?

My White Leghorn hen, Blanca, has worms. Again. She first got worms a couple months ago, and she started waddling around like a penguin and getting slow and exhausted-looking. We moved her to a cage in the garage and bought medicine for her that treats hookworms, tapeworms, and roundworms, and she was better in a matter of days. Well, she's got the same exact problem again and this time the medicine isn't working. Why not?

You didnt mention what wormer you used. Did you reworm her about 10 days after the initial worming? If not, that's the reason why you're seeing worms again.

I'm not sure what brand of worm medicine I got her. It doesn't say on the bottle, and I lost the box.
It worked splendidly last time, and I kept giving her the medicine for about a week after she got better. But why isn't it working anymore?
