why would my rooster (that only likes me) attacked me today?

Wow thanks everyone for the good advice! I knew I probably messed up running in screaming in fear from him, he is just so scary when he gets like that. He seems to have zero fear when he is in that crazy mode

I was around him today and he acted strange again and I just baby talked him and I swear it snapped him out of it!

Breed doesn't matter. Some roosters are just ugly and some behave. Once they show the ugly side I do not keep them, I do not ever want them to get me or anyone else. That behavior is very hard to correct, not worth trying IMO.
