O.K. my hubby brought me 2 big boxes home from work today and I have 12 in one box & 10 in another box. Then there is the tail-less one in another box. That's 3 boxes in my office that is about 4 feet in length each and about 2 1/2 feet wide. My issue is now that the 2nd one I removed I had to put back.
It looks as if she is the one plucking her own feathers. She is constantly, i guess you could say pecking or nibbling or scratching at them. What would cause this? She looks pitiful. This is the one my youngest daughter just had to get that ws the smallest at the time and now she looks pitiful. I am afraid she will be pecked on next.
WHY, WWHHYY, WWWHHHYYY!!! What can be done. I went for feed today at Southern States and got the medicated starter and some poultry food for the older ones that is in the coop and I asked for Blu-kote and they had no idea what I was talking about. They said they never heard of it. When can I put tail-less one back with her (so called) friends.
I gotta stop, I'm starting to sound like a soap opera. EEEK!
Where did you all find the blu-kote and how much was it?
